On February 25th, the "Regional Youth Leadership and Mobility Program" was officially opened in Tirana. The program is jointly implemented by CEP Serbia and SCiDEV Albania, with the support of the Open Society Foundation from Serbia and Albania. During this program, eight young researchers will have the opportunity to improve their research competencies, work on their research projects, spend a month on exchange in Serbia and Albania, and start various advocacy activities and youth initiatives.
Participants from Serbia - Andrijana Lazarević, Ljiljan Kolarski and Mila Vuković had the opportunity to meet their colleagues from Albania - Endrita Shehu, Xhesi Ndoka Djega Abedinaj, Marime Gjoka and Xhensila Mirashi, who are involved in this program. They visited the partner organization, participated in the opening conference of the program and visited the sights of Tirana together with their colleagues.
One of the goals of this program is to improve the youth competencies in the areas of leadership, research as well as intercultural competencies. The message sent from this event is that young people want to work on improving these competencies and improving regional cooperation.
